Welcome to San Costanzo, a private rental villa located in Fish Bay, on St. John's south shore. This lovely hillside retreat was built in 2001, and is beautifully built and maintained. This villa is completely equipped and furnished to allow you to enjoy your week in paradise.
San Costanzo offers guests a gourmet kitchen, with a built in gas BBQ; a book and video library; and spacious covered decks open to the breezes, views, and gardens. A private hot tub on the lower level is a terrific spot to star gaze at night. The master bathroom has a hand-crafted stone shower with a view down to the ocean below you. This may be the best St. John rental property you've ever seen!
San Costanzo is conveniently located just an eleven minute jeep ride to Cruz Bay, where you'll find endless dining options, as well as duty free shopping and supermarkets. From San Costanzo, it is a quick five minute drive to access the beaches at Reef Bay or Ditliff Point. You can reach the world famous Northshore beaches in 15 to 20 minutes.
On-island property managers escort you from the dock to your rental jeep, then out to the vila for an orientation. We are on call during your stay, to assist with anything you may need.
