Museums
A must see is Virginia’s Beach Marine Science Museum. The Atlantic Ocean Pavilion houses a 300,000 gallon open ocean aquarium and you can see sharks, barracudas and other aquatic species. Do not forget to look for the baby sea horses! The river habitat, a salt water marsh and an aviary for marsh birds are big attractions. The shows at the IMAX theatre are spectacular. |
