The Jackson House (Hotel) Bed & Breakfast was built if 1859 along the Northern Central Railroad tracks. In the early 1900's The Jackson House Hotel was known as one of the finest hotels with steam heat and hot and cold running water from a stone cistern located at the top of the hill,which still exists today. The Jackson House is listed in the National Historic Register and now serves as Bed & Breakfast featuring 4 guest rooms. Each room is equipped with private bath,cable tv,with original wood floors.Featuring two large suites,one with a private entrance. Warm & cozy stone fireplace in Dining room and adjacent Wine room. The Great room features the original dumbwaiter that was once used for service in the old hotel. Front porch complete with rockers to enjoy the summer breeze. Beautifully terraced gardens to relax or enjoy a cold beverage. Jackson House Bed & Breakfast is located on the Heritage Rail Trail and centrally located in Wine Country.
