Wedgwood House, an 1870 blue Victorian \"Painted Lady\" 2 blocks from village center, on the National Registry of Historic Places. A warm, friendly & hospitable inn, each one of the inn\'s accommodations has a distinct personality. Rooms are graced with fresh-cut flowers all year long and are hand-painted/stenciled by a New Hope artist. Guest rooms feature antiques, original art, scented English soaps, plush towels, extra pillows plus brass ceiling fans, and some have double jacuzzis, canopy four poster beds, and fireplaces. Private pool* and tennis club privileges for guests too. Lastly, each house has been independently rated and approved by AAA and MOBIL - New Hope\'s only lodging establishment with these honors. We also hold workshops for aspiring innkeepers.
Days begin with a generous homebaked breakfast and end with a tot of Carl\'s secret recipe almond liquor and chocolates at your bedside. Afternoon tea and refreshments served on Saturdays. The Glassman family have been graciously serving business and leisure travelers since 1982. On the busline from NYC, with a barn for bike storage too! Breakfast in bed is always an option! (at no extra charge!).

H/I “Two Room Suite” Second floor, rear corner room. King-size Four Poster bed, private tile bathroom with shower plus oval whirlpool tub underneath a window in the bedroom. Color cable TV, brass & wood ceiling fan, a/c, telephone with voice mail. Double French Doors to balcony off master bedroom overlooking the landscaped backyard and “Manchester Valley” (MOMA). Adjoining the main room is a sitting room. Great light, Western & Southern exposures. The room is hand painted by New Hope Artist Cheryl Raywood. Exciting Mermaid scenes painted around whirlpool tub! Wall to wall carpeting. This suite is ideal for 3 people!
J “Manchester Valley Room” Second floor; corner room with lots of light. This room has Southern & Eastern exposure, overlooking the landscaped backyard plus Manchester Valley (MOMA) in the near distance. The room is furnished with a Queen sized 4 Poster Lace Canopy bed, private tile bathroom with shower plus a 2 person corner whirlpool tub in the bedroom, next to a gas fireplace. A Color TV is also in the room with cable, a telephone with voicemail, wood & brass ceiling fan and it is hand painted by New Hope artist, Cheryl Raywood. The floors are covered with wall to wall carpeting and has central air/heat. Exquisite “Sea World” scenes painted on walls around whirlpool tub.
K “Overlook Room\" Second floor corner room with Queen size 4 Poster Lace Canopy bed, private tile bathroom ( shower only). The room features brass & wood ceiling fan, a/c, cable color TV, gas fireplace and telephone with voicemail. This room also has a French Door that leads outside to a private porch. Room is hand painted by New Hope artist, Cheryl Raywood and also has wall to wall carpeting.
L “Loft Suite” Queen size bed with separate eat-in kitchen as well as a sitting area, a/c, private bath (shower only). Spacious 3rd floor setting with lots of charm: exposed wood beams, hard wood floors and 3 usable sky lites. Color cable TV, telephone w/voicemail. A second bedroom has a futon bed and two skylights facing West. This space is ideal for a small family, extended stay/corporate relocation guests or those with special dietary concerns who want their own kitchen facilities. Note: 24 steps to third floor.
