Situated on a wooded lot, 342 Lake Road is located at the base of the North Face slope near a small stream. The homes central location affords access to the slopes only steps from the front doow while fishing and the fitness center are only a few minutes walk in the opposite direction. This home has approximately 3000 sq ft of living space
The garden view floor boasts a king sized sofa bed next to a romantic wood buring fireplace. Additional amenities on the garden view floor include a bedroom with double bed under a single bunk, laundry room, full bathroom and kitchen.
The main floor is designed with your family in mind, the bedroom with a queen sized bed and a set of twin bunks is designed to accomodate children with a full bath just steps away, the sitting areas pot belly stove, foosball table, dart board and DVD/TV keep you family busy in the evenings. The main floor also houses a second sun/adult sitting room with a pitched ceiling and cable TV, an updated kitchen and a dining area that seats 12 comfortably.
Third floor access is via a spiral staircase to a lofted seating area, mater bedroom with walk-in closet, and full bath with a dressing area and adjoining powder area.
The houses two wrap around decks one each off the main floor and the garden view floor allow for the morning cup of coffee in the fresh mountain air or a family oriented evening around the fire pit.
