At 3,000 feet elevation, Raven’s River is just minutes from beautiful Nantahala Lake where you can experience fishing and boating in surprising quiet. Below the dam, the cascading Nantahala River offers incomparable trout fishing waters and spectacular waterfalls. And in the deep gorge below, the Nantahala delivers eight miles of famous whitewater rafting waters before spilling into Fontana Lake.
Raven’s River was built for relaxation. There’s a large hot tub on the porch and a Jacuzzi in the master bathroom. In the living room, a comfy, leather sectional sofa is just the spot to watch the large-screen satellite TV or enjoy a cozy fire in the stacked-stone gas log fireplace.
