Looking out the front picture window is a great view of Mt Pisgah. The cottage is located about 15 miles from downtown Asheville. Enjoy walking distance to Hominy Creek, hiking, and about 1/4 mile to Pisgah National Forest boundaries. Lots of things in driving distance to enjoy; Asheville's history, dining, arts, rafting, parkway, etc.; Cherokee with Harrah's Casino, rich Cherokee Indian history, lakes and to many areas in Western North Carolina to list with great things to explore. You might even get the chance to see a bear, raccoon, deer and other wildlife in your front yard.
