Six Sisters B&B was recognized in Arrington's Inn Travler Book of Lists 2003. In 2002 Inngoers voted on their favorite B&B's/Inns among different categories. Winners represent the finest and most luxurious establishments throughout the U.S. Votes were tabulated proportionately by the number of rooms and each establishment is listed in the category where they received the greatest number of votes. We were proudly recognized as one of the top 15 in the "Best In The North" category.

One of our guest rooms has 2 queen size beds for your special travel needs. This year we are working with our 4th generation of Skidmore famlies and their accommodation needs.

When the horse lovers leave, get ready for the gorgeous Fall display of the Master Painter. Visit a cider mill and pick a bushel of apples, munch on some hot cider doughnuts and pick a perfect pair of pumpkins to take home. Gleefully decide which exhilarating bicycle route to challenge. Saratoga has designated walking and bicycle tours.

The spacious, immaculate guest rooms, each with private bath, some with whirlpool and private balconies, king or queen bed, T.V., small refrigerator and air conditioning are individually decorated.
Especially lovely is the ‘Elizabeth Marie’ guest room, dressed in floral wall paper, white wicker, soft pastels, white brass King bed, a beautiful Victorian bonnet chest, private bathroom with a shower and private balcony.
Our bright, beautiful, 'Bernice Irene' room, with two queen beds and a private terrace for relaxing in style is the perfect setting for a prospective Skidmore student and parent or perhaps several sequestered silly sisters. The 'Victoria Anne' (below) has a queen bed with private bathroom and shower.
This elegant bed and breakfast owned by Kate Benton and Steve Ramirez was named by Kate in admiration of her sisters; Maureen, Bernice, Kathleen, Victoria, Elizabeth and Agatha. Her six brothers are still waiting...
The elegant Master Bedroom, 'Maureen Anita', with its king bed and black iron filigree headboard has a spacious allure. In the warmer seasons, enjoy the turn of the century etched glass windowed alcove which connects to a romantic balcony with rocking chairs for two... a perfect place to tete-a-tete.
The ‘Agatha Bathroom’. After an exhilerating day cross-country skiing, antiquing or just boutique shopping on Broadway you can come back to your luxurious room and enjoy your private rejuvenating whirlpool bathtub.
DIRECTIONS (30 miles NORTH of Albany)
I-87 (Adirondack Northway), exit 14, take right onto Rt. 9PN. We are between the second and third light on the right, at 149 Union Avenue. At the third light take a right onto Nelson Avenue and an immediate right onto Morton Place, an alley. We are the third house on the right. (off-street parking is in the back of the B&B).
DIRECTIONS TO SARATOGA SPRINGS AND SIX SISTERS B&B - TRAVELING EAST ON THE NYS THRUWAY FROM UTICA, SYRACUSE AND ROCHESTER
Take exit 27 (Amsterdam) off of the thruway (I-90), take a right and then go to Route 67 east to the village of Ballston Spa (approx. 30 minutes). Left onto Route 50. North on Route 50 till you reach Route 9 (passing through the village of Ballston Spa, the entrance to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center and a Price Chopper, approx. 10 minutes). When you reach Route 9 (also known as Broadway) go through the intersection, where the Holiday Inn will be on your left and Stewarts on your right. Go down a short block to a stop sign and veer left onto Circular Street. Go down to the next light, (passing Congress Park on your left) and take a right onto Union Ave. Go down till you reach the first light which is Nelson Ave. and Union Ave. The Six Sisters B&B is located in the next block at 149 Union Ave. on the left. Parking is in the rear of the house. Since there is a median on our block and no entrance off of Union to our property, simply take a left at Nelson and an immediate right onto Morton Place, an alley that runs behind the houses, parallel to Union Ave. We will be the third house on the right, with parking between two white barns.
