This unit is located near the top of the hill, in the newer phase of Hunter Highlands, located off Ski Bowl Road, about 500 feet from Hunter One. It is the perfect place to stay after a day of fun, and an even better place to wake up for another day of fun!
Hunter Highlands is located on the mountain AWAY FROM SNOW GUN NOISE and construction sites and you do not need to go through the busy Hunter Parking lot to get to the condo, unlike condos at Liftside. Hunter Highlands is pleasantly private with AMPLE parking for multiple cars.

Fall per night: $200 weekday non holiday $275 weekend non holiday $300 weekend holiday (9/2-9/6)
One night's security for short stays and rent in advance; 30 days' cancellation.
2 night minimum on holiday weekends.
Terms: PAYMENT: We accept CASH, MONEY ORDER, CERTIFIED CHECK or PERSONAL CHECK. Same day wire transfer is accepted. Signed registration form required. Unable to hold reservation for more than 3 days without payment.
OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is limited to the number of persons stated in your confirmation letter. We prefer mature and responsible adults who would be considerate of our property age 21+.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH: approx. 120 miles/2 hrs. from Manhattan. Take NYS Thruway to Exit 20 Saugerties. At light, turn left. First right onto Route 32 North, for approx 7 miles. At fork make left onto Route 32A. At the end, turn left onto Route 23A. Approx 10 miles, in village of Hunter, go left over bridge into Hunter Highlands.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH: approx. 1 hr. from Albany. Take I87 (NYS Thruway) to Exit 21. Travel east on Route 32 to Route 9 South, then onto 23A West. Travel 22 miles until you see the entrance to Hunter Mountain on your left. Go over bridge, then take first left onto Ski Bowl Road. Go 500 ft., turn right at Hunter Highlands.
Hunter Mtn. has 100% snowmaking on all trails and has had plenty of natural snow already. Nearby to Windham Mtn. if you want night skiing.
You can be as busy as you like or relax on the deck and watch the sunset. Sun, rain,or snow, there's always something to do. Nearby Saugerties has antique shops, restaurants and shopping. Kingston mall has shopping from A to Z - restaurants, and more. Summer evenings are pleasantly cool and there are festivals galore. Spring days are great for hiking, walks and biking. Fall foilage is spectacular - see it on horseback! Winter has everything to do with snow. Hunter and Windham compete for snowmaking. Explore the area - take a drive, see a show, visit a museum or cave, go to a festival. Lake Dolan (at the entrance to Hunter Mtn) offers a sandy beach and clean, cool mountain water.
