white clapboards and wrap-around porch.

The B&B is furnished with a combination of antiques and traditional American and Italian pieces.
"All the hiking and skiing in the world is right outside our door" comments the host, who enjoys
nothing more than helping his guests sample the endless variety of activities available to guests
during all seasons of the year.

ROOMS/BATHS: On the second floor are three bedrooms. Two of the rooms (one with
queen bed and one with double bed) can form a suite with private bath or each room
can be rented separately with shared bath. The third room is large, with a queen bed and
a private bath.
PROXIMITY: Ski Windham (1 mile)-Hunter Mountain (6 miles)-CD Lane Park for swimming &
tennis (3 miles)-North Lake State Park (10 miles)- Golfing at The Windham Country Club (1/2 mile).
SMOKING: Permitted outside.
CHILDREN: Welcome.
BREAKFAST HOURS: 8-9 AM.
