With the added attraction of a full size, in-ground swimming pool, our perfect location is less than a half mile from the beaches of ``the Port\" with all of its sites and attractions.
Our strategic Hyannis Port location offers many more nice advantages. Within a half mile radius is a public golf course, Main Street, Hyannis where you\'ll find an assortment of specialty and antique shops, restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, the JFK museum, and the famous Duck Boat Tours, and the Melody Tent, where the star attractions highlight the summer nightlife of Cape Cod.
The docks of Hyannis Harbor are less than three miles from our door. From there you can take the island ferries to Nantucket and Martha\'s Vineyard, as well as excursion and charter boats for daily fishing trips, harbor cruises, and site seeing tours. Stretching approximately 70 miles off the coast of southeastern Massachusetts is a wonderful peninsula known as Cape Cod. Its 559.8 miles of shoreline open to Massachusetts Bay on the north side and Nantucket Sound on the south facing shores. Cape Cod is accessible by road on Route 6 from the Bourne and Sagamore bridges, over the Cape Cod Canal, to the tip of Provincetown. There are fifteen towns on Cape Cod. Centrally situated is the Town of Barnstable with shorefront on both north and south coasts.
Within the town of Barnstable are seven villages: Barnstable, West Barnstable, Marstons Mills, Cotuit, Osterville, Centerville and Hyannis. The largest and most central is the village of Hyannis. The history of Hyannis and Hyannis Port is rich and colorful.
In 1602, Capt. Bartholomew Gosnold explored the area, and by 1840, over 200 shipmasters had established dwellings in Hyannis and ``the Port\". Among the earliest nationally known personalities to enjoy the site was President Ulysses S. Grant in 1874. Some years later, Grover Cleveland visited. During the 1960\'s, when native son John F. Kennedy ascended to the Presidency, the eyes of the world focused on Hyannis Port.
Hyannis boasts the area\'s largest concentration of businesses, shops, restaurants, entertainment spots, and churches. Located 40 miles from Plymouth and 50 miles from Provincetown, its mid-Cape location makes Hyannis the Homeport of the Cape. Within the local area are golf courses, tennis courts, spas, and health clubs including the YMCA. Home to the renowned Melody Tent, Hyannis offers the excitement of a resort and the calm of a seaside village.
Connecting flights from Logan Airport in Boston, Massachusetts and Green Airport in Providence, Rhode Island are available to the Barnstable Municipal Airport in Hyannis. You can also rent a car, or take a bus or limousine. It is our pleasure to meet you at any of the Hyannis stations or terminals. Martha\'s Vineyard and Nantucket Island are accessible by airplane and ferry services from Hyannis. The famous Duck Boat Tours leave from Hyannis for a closer look at the shoreline.

Captains\' accommodations include a king-size bed, private bath, and the morning meal. Each guest may make personal selections from our extensive breakfast menu. Rates are from $120/night in the High Season, and from $95/night in the Quiet Season for double occupancy.
Captains/Mates Quarters is a two bedroom accommodation. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other bedroom has either twin beds or a king-size bed. This accommodation shares a bath located in an alcove between the rooms. Rates in the High Season are from $160/night for three people and from $215/night for four people. In the Quiet Season the rates are from $130/night for three people and from $175/night for four people. The morning meal is included for all guests, and each guest may make personal selections from our extensive breakfast menu. There are no additional state or local taxes applied to our rates.
