Winter Wonderland
Winter is a wonderful time at Sun Valley. The 9,000 feet high Bald Mountain is a favorite among winter sport lovers. Prepare to be swept off your feet by the wide, generous slopes, 78 runs and 18 lifts. You can ski and snowboard in relative peace on this huge mountain. While there are many options for expert and intermediate skiers, beginners will not be disappointed either. Winter evenings are also full of promise. You can take a horse drawn sleigh ride through the woods or sit back and enjoy the magical play of moonlight on snow. The view from the top is stunning to say the least. |
