This lovely two bedroom tropical home features open-beamed ceilings and panoramic tropical and ocean views. You can see the lights from a passing cruise ship at night from the lanai. Great snorkeling and swimming within this gated community.
Outside in a gazebo near the house is a full-featured spa for your relaxation and enjoyment!
There's a full kitchen, generous living and dining area opening onto the lanai, a queen-bed bedroom and bath. For extra guests, the second bedroom, downstairs, has two double beds. And for your evenings, there's a Satellite TV/VCR, a nice stereo with CD player, and an asortment of vidos and CDs, and for those who would rather curl up with a book, there are lots to choose from.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, coffee maker, range, refrigerator, and all cooking and dining needs. This home is thoughtfully and tastefully appointed to make it feel like your very own home-in-Paradise.
Located in a quiet, ocean-front, gated community with easy accessibility to Kapoho Bay and the ocean itself, there are several calm lagoons for swimming and snorkeling. Some of the lagoons are even heated by geothermal fresh-water springs! A guide-map at the house will direct you to all the best spots. Champagne pond is a scenice 15 minute walk from the property.
Please note that Pualani is NOT a two-unit rental! The second bedroom and bath are in the downstairs portion of the house. The main floor is upstairs to make possible the super ocean view and to better catch the tradewind breezes.
