We have fully remodeled and equipped #201 for your vacation pleasure. There is cable TV in the living room and a flat screen TV with DVD in the bedroom. The bath/shower combo has granite surround. Granite breakfast bar with four barstools. Patio table and four swivel/rocker chairs on the lanai. Watch surfers, parasailers, cruise ships and pleasure boats from your lanai. Located next door to Royal Kona Tennis Courts and the Royal Kona Resort. Walk to Huggos, Hard Rock Cafe, Outback, Lava Java, Kona Inn, and many other restaurants in downtown Kona. Our rates:
RATES: $175/night + 11.25% tax single and double occupancy, plus a one-time $85 cleaning fee. After 1/1/08, the rate is $185/night + 11.25% tax single and double occupancy, plus a one-time $85 cleaning fee. We charge your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival, no cancellations or refunds within 30 days of your arrival. Extra persons are $10 each per night, plus 11.25% tax. Three night minimum.
