This lovely two story Monterey Colonial home is located in a National Register Historic District just 5 minutes by car from down town West Palm Beach, as well as Palm Beach itself. There are 4 beaches within a 10 minute drive. The backyard boasts a 40 ft pool with Jacuzzi. The principle rooms are all very spacious and beautifuuly appointed. The 38 ft Florida room overlooks the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washer & dryer. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs one with its own firplace.
