Our privately owned luxury five bedroom, three bathroom house is located on Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, a prestigiuos gated community, close to world famous attractions, entertainment, recreation, shopping and much more.
Ideal for friends & family alike to explore Florida or just relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of Southern Dunes.
The air conditioned house has 2 storeys with 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms with a bathroom upstairs and Master and further double bedroom downstairs. There is an ensuite master bathroom and a further bathroom downstairs. All the bedrooms have large closet space and are fully furnished.
The lounge has 3 sofas, large screen cable TV, DVD and Playstation 2. There is a separate dining area seating 6 and an additional table & chairs in the Kitchen Nook. The Kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer,dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, toaster,blender, glassware,crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils. There is a separate utility room with washer,dryer,iron & ironing board.
In the garage there is a pool table, soccer table and electronic dartboard.
At the rear of the house is a screened pool with an extended deck.
The pool area is screened to let the sun in and keep the bugs out.
Also for your enjoyment we have a hot tub / jacuzzi to ease away the aches and strains of a busy day at the theme parks or a round of golf. There are ample sun loungers and a table & chairs.
