Situated at the sought after community of Calabay Parc, the villa has 4 bedrooms (two of which are Master rooms boasting en-suite facilities), and 3 bathrooms, the villa can comfortably sleep from 2 to 10 people (when using the sofa bed), leaving enough personal space for those quiet times you may want to spend alone.
Villa Key Breeze has all the amenities and appliances you will need, including washer/dryer, large screen cable TV in the family room, cableTV's in all bedrooms, playstation2/DVD, full kitchen and much much more to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and carefree as possible.
The villa has its own southerly facing pool with extended deck/patio area with a covered lanai. So there is always somewhere to cool down after a day at one of the many parks that Orlando has to offer. Alternatively, dine alfresco, or what about an evening cocktail or two!
The living area boasts a large screen TV with a Playstation2/DVD player along with a selection of games and movies. A comfortable sofa which converts into a queen sized bed if required, there is also a love seat, side and coffee tables. You will find a telephone where all local calls are FREE, and for long distance a credit card can be used.
In the kitchen, which is fully fitted, you will find a range oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven, double sink and waste disposal, toaster, coffe maker and kettle.
