This new, luxury, waterfront home is situated in the beach, boating & golfing community of Gulf Harbors, with excellent sunsets. Fish from your private dock or charter nearby.
You will have private beach access with covered pavillions, BBQ grills, restroom facilities, tennis courts, heated pool, hot tub and more. The home features a king master suite with TV, private shower and walk out balcony. On the same floor is a queen bedroom with balcony, a 2-twin bedroom with balcony and a Broyhill crib.
The kitchen overlooks the water and boast all the amenities of home, the dining room seats up to 10 and overlooks the water. The upstairs family room has A 31 inch TV with VCR/DVD player and a few movie's to get you started.
Downstairs has 1-queen bedroom, one 2- twin bedroom and 1- queen air mattress. The large down stairs family room has a pool table and board games, 3 piece leather sofa set, 31 inch TV with DVD/VCR, walk out to the balconies from both floors, electronic darts on the patio. The pool is screened and can be heated. We have a crib,stroller, high chair, port-a-crib and BBQ grill that can be added to your stay. This place has it all.
This beautiful 5-bedroom vacation home is situated about 25 minutes from Clearwater Beach and Tampa.Some of the local amenities are listed below. Famous Tarpon Springs where you can take a sponge diver boat tour, dolphin tour, sample the best of Greek cusine.
Dont forget to check out the chocolate shop or the shark feeding at the aquarium, night life & family style dining. Lots of shopping for the ladies, all beautifully set on the historic Anclote River. Fred Howard Park is also in Tarpon Springs and is a great beach, bring a beach blanket and watch the windsurfers, parking is free and there are two playgrounds.
Weeki Wachee is about 45 minutes north and features Mermaid underwater shows, bird shows, boat tours or you can rent a boat from the marina and canoe up the crystal clear river, many get on a tube for the ride back down river. Bush Gardens, and Adventure Island are two excellent theme parks in Tampa.
Disney World is 1:45 minutes away. Clearwater & St.Pete beaches are south about 25 minutes and have everything from parasailing to speed boat tours, these large beaches have great evening festivals and shops on peir 60. Lots of live bands, and things to do.
Head north on 19 for about 45 minutes to Homosassa Springs: Exotic bird shows, otters, alligators and more. Ybor City is found in Tampa and has many great shops, bands and is the oldest cigar capitol of America. While your in Tampa you can also visit downtown Harbor Island featuring many restaurants and shops by Tampa Bay, next door is the Florida Aquarium, one of the top aquariums in the world. International Mall:(Ultimate in shopping) is by the Tampa airport in Tampa.
