OUR HOME
Sandhurst Villa is an air-conditioned,immaculately maintained, luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home,situated on the prestigious PGA award winning Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club in central Florida.It is decorated & maintained to the very highest standards.The lounge,dining area & kitchen are open plan with vaulted ceilings,giving a light & airy feel.It has a private south facing pool,overlooking the 2nd tee,& comes equipped with table,chairs & loungers.We have fitted a retractable sun canopy for those very hot days.Wi-fi internet access is available(bring your own laptop),& free local, national & international phone calls(except to mobiles/cellphones).

LOUNGE
The open plan lounge has two sofas,one of which converts into a U.S. queen size bed.There is cable T.V.,DVD/CD player,PS2,games & books for your enjoyment.The villa has air conditioning,& we have also added a ceiling fan for your extra comfort.

DINING AREA
The dining area overlooks the pool & has seating for six people.There is seating for two extra people at the breakfast bar if required.

KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooker,fridge/freezer with ice maker,microwave oven,dishwasher,waste disposal unit,blender,coffee-maker,electric kettle,electric toaster,& all the cooking utensils you might need.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom,overlooking the pool area at the rear of the villa,has a U.S. queen size bed,dresser & bedside cabinets,cable T.V.,clock-radio & phone.There is a bathroom with shower unit, & a walk-in closet with fitted safe.We have also added a ceiling fan for extra comfort.A hair dryer is also provided.

SECOND DOUBLE BEDROOM
This double bedroom is situated at the front of the property & looks out onto a beautifully maintained garden.There is a U.S. queen size bed,walk-in wardrobes,dresser & bedside cabinets.Again a ceiling fan has been fitted,& a clock radio provided.

TWIN BEDROOM
The twin bedroom is furnished with twin beds & a dresser.It also has walk-in wardrobes & a clock radio is supplied.

Both the twin & second double bedrooms are central to the second bathroom,which has a shower,& a hair dryer.

GAMES ROOM
The games room is situated in the garage & has a pool table,junior pool/fuzzball/air hockey table,& an electronic darts board.There are two adults & 2 childrens bikes provided for guests' use.Here you will also find the laundry facilities which comprise large washing machine,dryer,iron & ironing board.A fan has been fitted for comfort.

POOL AREA
The pool area is south facing & gets the sun all day. For really hot days we have added a sun canopy. There are padded chairs & sun loungers. There are beautiful, open views looking out over the 2nd tee & fairway. The pool has an underwater light, so you can swim late at night if you wish. There is also a pool cover to retain the heat. There is a childs safety net, & an alarm has been fitted to the patio door for extra peace of mind!

All linens are supplied, along with pool/ beach towels.

SOUTHERN DUNES is a gated community giving that extra security. There is a licensed Clubhouse that serves meals, a golf shop, gym, fishing lake, 3 communal pools, tennis & childrens play area.
WALMART is situated at the entrance & is open 24/7; very useful after a day at the parks! There are numerous restaurants, take-aways, banks etc., within close proximity of the villa. Disney is only 15 - 20 minutes drive, & Orlando International Airport is approximately 40 minutes. Why stay in a hotel, when you can have the luxury of a Home from Home?
