Daytona Beach city has in the north, Ormond Beach and Ormond by the Sea. In the central part, you have Daytona Beach. In the south, the picturesque village of Ponce Inlet is located. The mainland has a beautiful landscape with huge oaks and vegetation typical of a southern coastal region.

A very popular excursion is to go on boat tours for sightseeing. The Florida Coastal Cruise presents views of wetland and mangrove shores, the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and beautiful waterfront homes. On the Halifax River and St John River tours, you can see alligators, water snakes, turtles and various species of birds. You will especially enjoy the trolley boats that can travel on both land and water. To commune with nature, you can go on fishing trips too. Taking a helicopter or a hot air balloon ride to view the rushing waters of the rivers and the deep blue of the ocean is the crowning glory.
