Come & escape to the beauty of Cape San Blas & Barrier Dunes. Cape San Blas is located 50 miles SE of Panama City between Port St. Joe & Apalachicola, just E of Mexico Beach & W of St. George Island in the Florida Panhandle.
Cape San Blas is 20 miles long and a mile wide at it's widest point! St. Joseph Bay is on one side and the Gulf of Mexico is on the other. Ten of the 20 miles consists of St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and there are no high rise condos. This allows for an uncrowded and unspoiled beach--lot's of room for you and your dog to enjoy! Your dog is welcome on the beach with NO TIME RESTRICTIONS!
Barrier Dunes is a secure, gated community with 2 fantastic pools. One is located directly on the dunes with a beautiful view of the ocean & white sand beaches of St. Joseph Peninsula (Cape San Blas, FL) that were ranked the BEAST BEACH in the USA by Dr. Stephen Leatherman in 2002! Barrier Dunes also has tennis courts, fresh water fishing ponds, boardwalks throughout and several pet stations!
St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is located right next door to Barrier Dunes and offers a boat ramp, excellent access to the bay as well as 7 miles of undeveloped, unpaved pristine wilderness area, bay access and beach. Enjoy views of sea birds & other wildlife. The clear water bay is one of the cleanest in Florida & provides excellent snorkeling, boating, fishing, crabbing & scalloping.

AMENITIES:
Owners provide beach chairs, buckets/shovels, boogie boards, rafts, floats crab nets, cooler and buckets and a beach cart to carry it all--though none of our rentals are more than 200 STEPS to the beach! 2 are BEACH FRONT!
We also try and have all the little things that are easy to forget like laundry soap, tin foil, DW detergent & lots of other extra! We want your vacation rental to feel like home! We hope this clears some space in your car and makes your vacation planning easier!
All our vacation rentals have washer/drier (we even provide the laundry detergent) fully stocked kitchens, cable TV with VCR's and DVD's portable phones, answering machine, all linens provided, games, puzzles & books for all ages, movies, outdoor hot & cold shower to wash those sandy paws and toes, covered parking, clothes lines for those wet towels--too much to mention! We also provide a guest dog dish and pet towels!
