The details:
The MAIN LEVEL has a master bedroom with queen bed and a large bathroom with jetted tub. The bunkroom will accommodate 4 guests with two twins and one full-size futon bed. A large guest bath with shower is located adjacent to this room. The fully-equipped kitchen has bar seating for 4, the dining table easily seats 8, and a side table seats an additional 4-6. The oversized great room is designed with cathedral-height windows to capture the views of Winter Park Ski Area and Fraser Valley. Relax on the window seat or walk out to the front balcony and enjoy the scenery. There is plenty of floor space to spread out games and comfortable seating in front of the TV.

The UPPER LEVEL has a second master bedroom with queen bed and bathroom, a bunkroom with two twins and one full-size futon bed, fourth bathroom, and large capacity washer and dryer. The hallway balcony overlooks the great room.

The LOWER LEVEL has two large rooms: one with a 36\" TV, wet bar, and card table, the other with walkout access to the spacious deck and hot tub. Both rooms may be closed off for use as a bedroom, and each has a very comfortable full-size futon.

There are spectacular views from nearly every window in the house and a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee on the deck. The spacious deck will accommodate your entire group for a barbecue (gas grill provided). The over-sized garage has ample room for two vehicles plus storage of skis and boots, fishing gear, golf clubs or bikes.

The house is located 1.5 miles north of Tabernash and .8 miles from Highway 40. The roads and driveway are plowed.
