Our family has a very nice 1BR ski condo in River Run, the newest development in Keystone and right at the base of the gondola lift, the hub for day and night skiing. Most winter days you can ski from 9:00AM to 9:00PM and during peak periods it goes to every night!! It's a great place for summer vacations too, with lots of activities in the low humidity of the beautiful mountains of Summit County. We have a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room to go with the new queen set in the bedroom so we can sleep 4 comfortably. Great location in 9 year old SilverMill building, which is just a short walk from the lifts. Our unit is completely furnished and surrounded by the excellent shops, restaurants, and saloons of River Run. Our building is also home to Starbucks and the River Run children's day care center. Amenities include hot tubs, heated outdoor pool, sauna, and private balcony with mountain views, plus heated underground parking that you won't have to leave your entire stay. New for this year- SilverMill now has high speed wireless internet for $4.95/hr or $9.95/day! We rented for years before buying last year and we've now dumped our management company and are trying to make up for lost time by pricing for occupancy.
