This fantastic townhome is located next to the Breckenridge Recreation Center, and just a few blocks from the new Gondola. It offers the perfect place to come back to after a long day of skiing.
The main floor features a cozy living area with plenty of seating for your group. There is also a fireplace, perfect for those chilly winter evenings. Off of the living area is the dining room, with seating for 8, plus an additional 2 at the bar area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, tableware, and utensils you would need to prepare a meal or just order in!
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is a master bedroom, offering a queen sized bed and a full bathroom. Bedroom #2 also offers a queen sized bed, and across the hall is a bathroom that is shared with Bedroom #3, which features two bunk sets, perfect for the children.
This home is the perfect place to come back to after a long day of skiing, biking, hiking, or taking advantage of anything and everything Summit County has to offer.
