SKI IN/SKI OUT: With just under 2200 square feet, this new town home is spacious and beautifully kept. Located adjacent to Snowflake Run and 25 yards from the Snowflake lift, you can get up and on the mountain in minutes or swing in for a cup of hot chocolate and lunch for a needed break. Secluded like no other lift on the mountain, you will not have to wait in line to get your day of skiing started. When you are finished for the day, dry your boots and hang your skis in our heated garage! No more wet floors in the living area or cold boots!
Other winter activities include sleigh rides, snowmobiling, ice skating and tubing.
LOCATION IS EVERYTHING: Aside from being slope side, you will be merely 1/2 mile to the nearest grocery store and four blocks from Main St. Walk to town for dinner or shopping. When you are not out exploring the outdoors, you will enjoy mountain views from every room in the house.
RELAX IN COMFORT: The unit is chocked full of extras that you won’t find in other rentals. You will never be chilled with radiant floor heating, a fireplace, a hot tub, Jacuzzi tub, and a heated garage! Pine hardwood floors, tile and carpeting are perfectly combined to make your stay comfortable and cozy.
The main living area features a bright, open space with two full couches (one is fold out bed), a chair/ottoman, fireplace, and full kitchen. Watch TV, a movie or listen to the stereo. The kitchen table seats six comfortably with stools around the kitchen counter for more seating. The kitchen is complete with a stove, microwave oven, side-by-side refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and island. You can also step outside onto the porch to watch friends or family coming down the ski run or simply enjoy the mountain air. Want to cook out? Use the gas grill. A full bath and bedroom with queen size bed finish off this beautiful main floor.
The lower level features a family room with pull out bed, television and dvd player; bedroom with twin beds, full bath, and full sized washer/dryer.
The master suite is located upstairs and includes a king size bed, Jacuzzi tub, shower stall, toilet and double sink.
Finally, this is a town home. You will have the place all to yourself. There are no elevators or common areas to deal with.
SUMMER, SUMMER, SUMMER: If you have never been to the Colorado Mountains in the summer, this is the place to do it. Hiking and biking trails surround the Breckenridge area for people of all levels of skill. Directly behind the property are the Saw Mill Creek and Reservoir trails leading up to a secluded pond and outdoor recreational area. Go for a quick hike with the entire family.
Other summer activities include golf, white water river rafting, trout fishing, horseback riding, and boating.
