This is a charming, cozy mountain retreat just waiting for you.
On the main level this home has a living room with beautiful rock fireplace and leather furniture. The living room adjoins the dining room with table to seat 8 plus the island which will seat 6 more. Next to the dining room is the kitchen stocked for your cooking enjoyment. You will also find the Master Bedroom (#1)with king bed and beuatiful master bathroom. Next to the master is Bedroom (#2) with queen bed and full bathroom accross the hall.
The lower level has another Master Bedroom (#3) with a king bed. Bedroom (#4) has beautiul queen bed and last but not least is the Bunk Room (#5) with 2 bunk sets that are twin top and full bottom. There is also another full newly tiled bathroom. Another nice feature is the kids tv room with game cube, mini bar and board games.
Just steps off the kids TV room is the deck with hot tub. There is also another deck with BBQ grill right off of the dining room/kitchen.
This home is located 3 miles to Peak 8 Ski Area and 3 miles to Breckenridge.
