There is a Great Room with wood burning fireplace, a family room and a bonus room with a ping pong table. The fully equipped kitchen is large and open to the dining room and living room for optimal socializing with the cook. The deck has new gas grill. The backyard has a picnic table and children’s jungle gym, swing set.
The utility room has a large capacity washer and dryer and storage. The house has two 75 gallon water heaters so you’ll have plenty of hot water for everyone in your group. The kitchen has two ovens, 5 burner stove top, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator. Breckenridge puts you in the middle of world class skiing and golfing, so whatever the season there is always a reason for Breckenridge.
