If you are coming to Vacation, to Work or just a Weekend Getaway, this 900 sq.ft. house offers a comfortable little slice of heaven. The house has modern decor inside and is very clean. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac right next to the paseo entrance…great for young children. Take advantage of the bikes, scooter, skateboard, boogie boards and helmets located in the garage. Don’t forget we supply all the family games and toys inside. Enjoy evening BBQ’s out in the back patio. Have your morning coffee in your own private courtyard. The atmosphere is far from a hotel or any furnished apartment. You’ll feel like you’re at intimate resort. A large driveway offers ample Parking space for several vehicles. And a fully fenced backyard. We are just a 5-minute walk down the paseo to Star Bucks, Blockbuster video, Ralph’s, Longs, and lots of great little places to eat. From burgers to a yummy Jewish deli.
Included are privileges to 3 private pools and Jacuzzi’s just a 1 to 2 minute stroll from your residence: Cable TV with premium movie channels, a DVR, and DVD player. Wireless Internet so you can bring your laptop. Unlimited national phone service. Full Kitchen with Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Crock-pot and Coffee Maker. All Cooking Utensils, Pots, Pans and dinnerware. Wine and Water Glasses, Flatware, Washer/Dryer, BBQ and fire pit are all provided. All Linens and Towels are provided and cleaned. This is a fabulous place that sleeps up to 4 Adults or 2 Adults and up to 3 or 4 children. The Master Bedroom has one King size bed. Second bed room has two twin mattresses. Plus one extra cot provided. Check In: 4pm; Check Out: 11am.

Terms: 10% Lodging Tax added to all above rates. $250 Security/Damage Deposit. Plus $250 Dog Cleaning deposit.
DEPOSITS: Security and Dog deposits are fully refunded back to your credit card within 3 days after your departure if all is in the same condition. There is a one-time flat cleaning fee of $70.00. Your credit card honors and holds your reservation and all reservations are prepaid.
CANCELLATIONS: Upon receipt of your booking, 50% is refundable up to 30 days prior to occupancy; No refunds if canceling within 30 days of occupancy. We welcome spur-of-the-moment reservations, if the house is available, and the above rates still apply.
Credit Card Payments Accepted Through Paypal. Cashier's Checks are unfortunately not accepted due to widespread fraud.
The house is available from June 20th through August 17th, 2007. Through the Christmas Holiday, Dec,2007-Jan,2008. And June, July and August of 2008. Please check calendar for availability.
