 Check-in time is between 3 and 6 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. Please let us know if your arrival is delayed. The office closes at 7PM.
 Concierge on staff, happy to make recommendations and reservations for all your local restaurants and activities.
 Whitegate is a smoke free Inn. Smoking permitted on the deck and garden areas only.
 Gift baskets available.
 Ideal for intimate weddings.
 Gift certificates available.
 We cannot accept pets. However, we promise our dogs Clifford and Corky will personally provide you with the attention you would otherwise miss. They are available for cuddles.
 Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. $30 for each additional person or child over two years of age.
 Your reservation is confirmed when we receive your deposit prior to arrival.
 You will receive a confirmation in the mail.
 We have a two night minimum on weekends and three or four night minimum on holiday weekends.


Cancellations
$25 fee on all cancellations
As a small independently-owned inn, cancellations affect us dearly. A 14 day cancellation notice prior to 12:00 noon on day of arrival is required or you are obligated to pay the full charge of the reservation unless we can re-rent the room. A 30 day cancellation notice is required on holidays and/or reservations of two or more rooms.
