Our 2200 sq. ft. 4 bedroom home is beautifully furnished with all the luxurious amenities to make your vacation a dream come true. Every room but one has the same fabulous ocean & Dillon Beach & Pacific Ocean views. Perched high on a hill, the house & deck are an ideal place to view - at eye level - birds soaring on the wind currents. You can watch Ospreys and Red-Tailed Hawks circle and dive over the expansive green belt of open fields and hills populated with deer and other wildlife. If you look closely, you can also watch the surfers who claim that Dillon Beach has some of the best surfing on the coast!
The deck is a great place for romantic dinners, al fresco lunches and breakfasts, barbeques and sunbathing while enjoying breathtaking vistas, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, bird-watching and whales-watching. Our Dillon Beach house is a place to put up your feet, smell the ocean, rejuvenate your body and spirit in local spas, and celebrate the simple and beautiful things of life.
The Living Room is spacious with wood beamed cathedral ceilings and large windows to maximize the expansive views of the Pacific Ocean, Dillon Beach and the wild Pacific coastline. Sunsets & sunrises are spectacular. The large U-shaped couch is a great place to relax, enjoy the company of friends and family, read a good book, listen to music or play games while sitting by the fire and looking out at the waves breaking on the sand below.
The Living Room has a 27 inch Satellite TV, a complement of entertainment equipment, such as a stereo with a 5 CD changer, a VCR and a DVD Player. The spectacular and peaceful surroundings are sutra offer you a vacation experience you will never forget. Tucked away in the Living Room is a Wet Bar with plenty of space for entertaining - a counter for serving hors d'oeuvres, mixing drinks plus a sink and a second fridge.
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook that romantic or holiday dinner. We have a new stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker & grinder, blender, food processor, pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, etc.
The large bedroom has the same great views of the Pacific Ocean, Dillon Beach & Point Reyes. There is also a comfy chair and a sofa that opens up to a queen bed so that family of 4 can share the room. There is also a separate Satellite TV and plenty of seating space, so you can watch your own shows.
Sheets, towels, all bath and kitchen supplies are included.
