Standard Policy:
A 25% deposit of the rental amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations outside of 31 days will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days will not receive a refund. |
