Our Mission style home is located in an upscale resort style active adult community: Sun City Grand, in the highly desirable North West Valley just 30 minutes NW of PHX airport. This newly built, 2278 sq ft home features two master bedroom suites, each with private bath, queen size beds, separated by an office/den area that can accommodate an additional guest. There is a great room, gourmet eat-in kitchen, dining room, laundry room, covered patio, and 2 car garage. Fully furnished with new southwestern and western flair furniture. Two-zone central air and heat for maximum comfort. Our fabulously friendly and young neighborhood is very close to the Cimarron Center which houses a state of the art fitness center, outdoor pool/hot tub, day spa, and the newest of the four Golf Courses located within this resort like community. One resident must be 55. Guest pass may be obtained for a $100.00 fee which entitles you to full use of amenities of this luxury retirement community -- including the Adobe Spa and reduced golf rates. It's just five minutes to the new Surprise stadium for the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers. And it's less than 15 minutes to Peoria stadium for the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres.
Sun City Grand is an age-restricted community. One household member must be at least age 55 and no members under age 19 are allowed. NO smoking ~ NO pets permitted ~ NO children.
