What a beautiful townhome - perfectly situated just 1 mile from freeway 101 in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, along the lush Greenbelt dotted with parks, golf courses, bike trails and more. Just 1/2 mile to the fabulous shopping and dining in Old Town. Cross the street for golf or just walk out behind the villa and you are in Indian School Park with tennis courts, basketball, full gym, volleyball, picknicking, biking and playing. Grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants 2 blocks away. Walk to the SF Giants stadium or drive 5 minutes to the A's or Cubs; 10 minutes to the Angels, Mariners or Padres. Just 15 minutes to the Phoenix airport.
The villa has just been decorated in a warm, Southwestern motif with all new furniture, paint and appliances. There is a full kitchen and dining area, living room with a queen sofa/sleeper, satellite TV, wireless hi-speed internet,CD...etc. The master bedroom is large and has an extremely comfortable queen bed, satellite TV, huge double closet, cd, clocks...etc. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, clock, radio...etc. So, the home can sleep up to 6 people.
A large, private patio is outside, with your own laundry room to the side. The patio has orange and grapefruit trees, a Kokopelli fountain, BBQ, table & chairs and bikes. Its a minute's walk to the large pool and just a few seconds to your covered parking.
Rental fees are: Nov.,Dec. = $525/wk., $1600/mo. (Rent both Nov/Dec for just $2800. Jan.= $950 wk., $2750/mo. March = $950/wk. There is a $125 cleaning fee and a $500 refundable security deposit.
