This is a very unique house. Situated dicrectly between Lake Havasu City an Parker, it has close acess to both. A grand view of the moutians behind us and the lake to the West. Close to 4 boat ramps! One at Havasu Springs Resort, about 2 miles. The public ramp is less than 3 miles away (just above Parker dam.) Sandy Point and Catail Cove both have ramps and are only 6 miles to the North. So many activities, the list would need its own site.
Bring your boat! Pleanty of parking. Along with the ramps listed above, there are pleanty of ramps on the river just below the dam. Walk to the lake. We are lucky enough to be right next to a wildlife area with fishing docks that you could walk to.
If off roading is your plan, its every ware. There are so many off road areas we provide a map. We also keep bruochures at the house for all other activites.
In Parker there is a new casino that has all the action you need for a great evening of loosing all your money!
Right off Hwy. 95 we are in a semi private neighborhood. No one behind us or to the left of us. Quite and away from the weekend crowds. A large patio with a great view.
