The oversized yard with mature landscaping features a sparkling pool and lovely covered patio with a mister system, overhead fans, a gas barbeque, and patio furniture for outdoor dining, relaxing, and entertaining.
There is plenty of parking for your boat, wave runner, and/or RV in the 2-car garage and behind a locked gate.

The full service Kitchen with tiled floors has a large window facing the front of the house. Appliances include an electric stove and oven, microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. A coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, dishes, flatware, cooking and serving dishes and utensils are included.
A washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are available.
Telephones are available for incoming and local calls, and for Internet access (local numbers only). America Online and Earthlink are two Internet Service Providers with local access numbers in Lake Havasu City.
