This policy was established by the community homeowners association and the private "Anthem Golf & Country Club" management. Since the builder sold-out of homes in the "Anthem Golf & Country Club", the Private Club Policy NO longer allows the public to dine in the two restaurants or play the two golf courses without a Club Member present (effective December 2006). However, if you Lease an Anthem Golf & Country Club home, the owner can transfer access to all the amenities during the lease term.
