\\\\\\\"Wastin\\\\\\\' Away\\\\\\\" is a two bedroom, one bath, fully furnished home. Because of its small in size, it is available for your use at very competitive rental rates. Located on Bernard Court East, as are all of our homes, it offers direct beach access, being located approximately 450 feet from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Fort Morgan area offers the peaceful and safe surroundings that many desire for a vacation. If you desire to be in the \\\\\\\"thick of things\\\\\\\" (traffic, noise, crowded beaches,etc.) you would not be interested in this home. The neighborhood is comprised totally of single family dwellings- no condos.
A large deck is located on the south side of the home, and a new deck has been added on the east side of the home. Underhouse parking for two vehicles, or the underhouse area (concrete) makes an excellant shaded play area for the kids.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all utensils, cookware, small appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, etc. The washer and dryer are located under the home, as are the beach toys, beach chairs, and wagon for your use in getting your necessary \\\\\\\"equipment\\\\\\\" and children to the beach.
Both bedrooms contain Queen size beds, and one of the sofas converts into a queen size sofa bed.
