The house is a two storey with a roof terraace that has beautiful sea views. On the Ground Floor there is a patio (with chairs and table) and a built in BBQ. On entering the house there is a Living Area and a Fully Equipped Kitchen with a two ring gas cooker, electric grill, kettle, fridge with ice compartment, pots, pan and cutlery. There is also a washing machine and an iron and board. There is a Sofa Bed in the living area which can accomadate 2 people sharing.
A Spiral Staircase leads up to the First Floor where there are two bedrooms (One Double and One Twin) and also a shower and toilet.
The Second Floor is the roof terrace where one can enjoy the perfect views, the peace and tranquility all around.
There is a car parking space and also a well kept green area in the estate with a playground for children.
Because the house is end of terrace it is very private and peaceful and also has the benefit of roses surrounding it.
There is a Bowling Alley next door to the estate where there is Internet Access. Also a year round carnival for children approx 3 mins walk from the house. There are two Aqua Parks also in the resort of Kusadasi.
There is a market held every Friday in the centre of Kusadasi where great bargains can be had.
Ephesus is only 20kms away and can be easily reached by bus.
Pigeon Island is another attraction you will pass on your way into the centre.
A car is not necessary. There is a local bus service (Dolmus) into the centre of Kusadasi for a very small fee and it is only a 10 minute walk also. These buses pass by the estate approx every minute and operate up to 12 midnight. There are also plenty of taxis and they are not expensive to hire.
