This is a very pleasant end of terrace townhouse within a landscaped gated urbanisation. The gardens are full of mature tropical plants. The houses are grouped around shared pools - nine pools in all which are open all year round.
Excellently located, the house lies between Puerto Banus and San Pedro de Alcantara. There are lots of bars and restaurants, some within walking distance. The complex lies right beside Los Naranjos golf course, and four other golf courses are within 5 - 10 minutes drive.
The house boasts a light and bright living/dining room with seating for six. There is a well-equipped separate kitchen containing dishwasher, washing machine and microwave and small breakfast table. There is a downstairsWC/shower room.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, a TV and a balcony. It has an en suite bathroom with twin wash basins.
The second bedroom has twin beds and the third contains a double bed. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
There is a roof terrace with barbecue and with a glimpse of the sea as well as a good view of La Concha Mountain.
The house has air-conditioning and electric hot air heating as well as a fuel-burning stove in the living room
