Matalascañas is located in the south of andalucia. It has one long and wide golden sand beach bathed by clean waters, recognized by the European union by the blue flag. The climate is smooth due to nearest of the sea. The boundary of Doñana grants a special enchantment, since there is day where different birds can be seen . The sunset and the gulls give to a romantic touch.
Behind the house it is the golf course of 18 holes.
The house has two plants. In ground floor there is dining room hall kitchen patio porch and garden.

The house has a communitarian doorman, gardens and covered seat of garage. There are restaurants and bars to minutes of the house and supermarkets to 5 minutes walking. The golf course is at 100 meter going up the stair that are next to the house and can be taken 2 or 3 minutes in arriving. Next to the house there is cafes with connection to Internet Cibercafé. For the lovers of tennis there are tracks to 3 minutes of the house, next to the golf course. Sports like surfing, water-moto, riding and others also can be practiced in Matalascañas. Walking along the wide beach you will arrive to the natural park of doñana , reserves of the biosphere

Folow the red line and arrived with facility. The house has sheet of bed, towels to greater comfort of huespedes. We wished that our renters pass fabulous holidays and for that reason we prepared the house with all type of element, like TV satellite, dish washer, music equipment, etc
