Villa Faggio Pendulo is a modern villa built during the 90's that lies only 2 Kms from the medieval town of Lucca - Italy.
The Villa Faggio Pendulo is part of a property consisting of two wonderful independent villas set amidst 5.000 sqm. of lawn planted with different kinds of trees, flowers, roses and the nice Faggio Pendulo that gives the name to the villa thanks to its beauty and particoularity.
The villa, even if near the town centre and its facilities, offers complete privacy and relaxation with its shady garden and its private swimming-pool (6x12 mt). The swimming-pool set amidst the spacious garden and is surraunded by wonderful olive and fruit trees; it is equipped with deckchairs and sun umbrellas, the guest can also enjoy the pleasure of a private sun bath.
A small private road leads to the house: entrance via electrical gate, covered parking, satellite TV-color, telephone, central heating, air conditioning.
The Villa is developed on two floors:
GROUND FLOR: entrance into a spacious living-room with exit onto a covered veranda with ping-pong table; dining room with open fireplace, kitchen with electric oven, fridge, dish washer, exit onto a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs where it is nice to dine in the hat summer evenings.
A terracotta stair weil leads to the first floor.
FIRST FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms, smaller bedroom with bunk-beds; bathroom with the tub/shower (hydromassage); two nice terraces.
A few steps lead into a smaller apartment composed of: kitchen/dining room with electrical oven, fridge and exit to the garden equipped with table, chairs and a nice barbeque; 1 double bedroom; 1 smaller single bedroom; 1 bathroom with shower/wc.
By request we organize breakfast and dinner service - Maid service can be provided
