The upper floor is reserved for the use of the owner, as a country house, while on the ground floor five apartaments have been created for guests, all with access from the garden, and attractively furnished.
Equipped for even the coldest season, with heating systems and charming fireplaces.
The Surroundings
The view down to the seacoast and the peaceful environment offer an excellent occasion to devote to intellectual and naturalistic activities. The country house is located on a vast property of 2000 acres of forest trees, Mediterranean bush, and open fields descending from the top of Castro Hills, bordering on the southern part of Tuscany, down to the the Fiora River. Near the house is one of the old creaters of the volcano, which originally formed the Bolsena Lake. In fact, the crater is called Montecalvo, from which the property draws its name.
Rental by the week (from Saturday to Saturday) of small furnished apartments. Two nights minimum.
