Description of apartments
Each apartment has a double bedroom, bathroom and living-dining room with sofa bed.
The large apartment (A), ground floor raised has a living room about 38 sqm., with a small kitchenette.
The smaller (B, first floor, and the cottage) have a living room about 14 sqm., with a small cooking area and a glass front leading onto a panoramic little terrace.
Completely furnished. Towels and bed linen included. Sleep : Each 2+2
There is a bus stop just ten minutes away from where you may take a bus that will take you directly into the centre of Florence.
FLAT A
The living-dining room is about 35 sqm., with two French windows of 7sqm each, opening on the green. You see the sofa bed (double bed) on one side, and the Kitchenette on the other.
By opening the door behind the sofa bed, the two apartments can become one. From the door on the right of Kitchenette you go in the bathroom and in the bedroom.

FLAT B
Flat B is at the first floor. From the windows you can see (depending from the leaves of the trees) the whole town.
It is ideal for two persons, but even four can stay well, if they do not live indoors all the daylong.

Price : 15 € by day, for 2 persons. Each more person 5 € . In the morning, after 10 o’ clock.
We can provide you with breakfast ingredients at a cost of 5 € per person per day and with quality pre-cooked meals to re-heat, at a cost of LIT 15 € per person.
