The apartment is on the first floor, only 14 steps from the ground floor, of a typical medieval building, recently restructured. Thanks to its 6 windows, the apartment is very bright and airy. It has "cotto fiorentino" floor and visible wooden beams ceiling. The spacious 40 mq room has been divided into two areas (living/sleeping), provided with two sofa beds, for a total of four comfortable sleeps, a large kitchen table and a hand painted writing desk. The bathroom has a window and a large shower. Doors separate the small kitchen with windows. The terrace is provided with a washing machine and a brand new sunshade.
