Apartment at the second floor inside the Villa. Very luminous and comfortable. From the wide balcony you'll have a wonderful sea view. Any of the 2 double bedrooms have a little balcony with view at the internal of the Villa. The 2 sofas (of 2 beds) are in the living room.
The Villa has a wide garden (7000 square meters), it is closed to the sea through a private street to the beach. Wide internal parking, barbecue area, external showers.
The Villa is very near (1 km) to the ruins of the ancient greek colony of Eloro and at only 7 km from Noto recently declared world heritage by UNESCO for its unique baroque style.
There are a lot of many other historical and naturalistic beauties in the area nearby the Villa
It is reccommended a car in order to visit Siracuse's province. Siracuse is at 30 km, Noto at 7km, Vendicari oasis at 4 km only , "Villa romana del Tellaro" at 5 km.
