Two furnished independent houses in open country (20.000 m2), 4 km far from the village of Giulianello.
The largest house (100 m2) is suit for 6 people. The other accomodation available is 50 m2 large and suit for 2-4 people.
Area Description
We are in the area of the "Castelli Romani", famous for the production of wine and local eating. In few minutes (10 - 20) you can get to some very interesting villages; as Cori (a village older than Rome), Sermoneta (with its famous castle of the Borgia family and the botanic garden of Ninfa, one of the most beautiful of the world), Frascati - Nemi - Castel Gandolfo (where there is the summer residence of the Pope).
In few minutes (45) you can reach some very beautiful sea place (as Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo, Terracina, Sperlonga,...). You can use a public swimming (4 Km) and at same distance you have the lake of Giulianello.
