Owner-managed and built in 2004, our villa is fully equipped, comfortably furnished and air-conditioned for a perfect holiday. All rooms are double glazed and have the additional benefit of windows protected with mosquito nets. There are 4 bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), 2 bathrooms and an extra wc, open plan kitchen/dining/siting room, lagre balconies, garden with large patio, barbeque and parking. The surounding area is green and beautiful!
We are located about 800 metres from the sea front with a choice of many sandy beaches, fish tavernas and restaurants. The area is famous for its excellent local wine and crystal clear sea. All amenities including sandy and pebble beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, cinemas, doctors, supermarkets and shops, are within 5 minutes drive. We consider car hire to be essential to enjoy the beautiful countryside and visit interesting sites nearby.
Places of historical and archaeological interest are easily accessible. A day visit to Acropolis, Parthenon, Plaka, museums, galleries or a shopping-spree in Athens and its flea market is so easy. Trips to Sounio with the impressive temple of Poseidon (30 minute drive), to the temple of Artemis in Vravrona (15 minute drive) and to Marathon (45 minute drive) are a must for those who want to feel the ancient spirit and see the famous architectural and cultural achievements of the Ancient Greeks.
