Owner-managed and built in 2004, our apartment 'Spiti Hari' is very cool in the summer, located on the lower garden floor, it is fully equipped, comfortably furnished and air-conditioned for a perfect holiday. All rooms are double glazed and have the additional benefit of windows protected with mosquito nets. There are: 1 twin bedroom, one shower room and an open plan Kitchen/dining/sitting room with a comfortable double sofa-bed. Outside there is a secluded patio where you can sunbathe and sip that lovely local wine al fresco. The surounding area is green and wild!
We are located about 600 metres from the sea front with a choice of many sandy beaches, fish tavernas and restaurants. The area is famous for its excellent local wine and crystal clear sea. All amenities many sandy beaches, restaurants, cafes, cinemas, doctors, super markets and shops, are within 5 minutes drive. We consider car hire to be essential to enjoy the beautiful countryside and visit interesting sites nearby.
Places of historical and archaeological interest are easily accessible. A day visit to Acropolis, Parthenon, Plaka, museums, galleries or a shopping-spree in Athens and its flea market is so easy. Trips to Sounio with the impressive temple of Poseidon (30 minute drive), to the temple of Artemis in Vravrona (15 minute drive) and to Marathon (45 minute drive) are a must for those who want to feel the ancient spirit and see the famous architectural and cultural achievements of the Ancient Greeks.
