This 3 level maisonette in a private complex on the cliff of Coral Bay is a 7 minute drive from the harbour town of Paphos. Enter on the middle level where there is a small kitchen, wc, dining and living area that leads to a balcony with a 180 degree view of the ocean. The balcony could easily host 4 for dinner. Enjoy a swim in the shared pool after a game of tennis or a walk along the beach.
The village is located 100 metres behind the house and boasts dozens of local tavernas, pubs and restaurants with terrific charm and 12 months/yr atmosphere. There is also public access to a fantastic pool and play area in a 4 star hotel across the street. Coral Bay is also a main starting point for all aspects of tourism including excursions, car rental and internet access.
Local siteseeing includes many historical and maritime wonders including the Tomb of the Kings, Paphos\' famous fishing harbour and outdoor amphitheatre. 4 Golf courses are between a 10 minute and 30 minute drive from the house.
The interiors provide all the comforts of home and a cleaning service is available for the house and laundry. The top floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath and the lower level has 2 single beds and a lounge that leads out to a private garden area with citrus trees under a pergola. Great for barbequeing!
