This is a ground floor one level two bedroom and two bathroom condo, which is about 750 sf. The condo is located in the Playas De Las Palmas development along Coco beach. It has a living area with a fully equipped kitchen with all the required utensils. One bathroom is located off the master bedroom and the other is off the living room area. There is a/c in both bedrooms and ceiling fans which keep it cool. The condo is also equipped with cable TV and has a large pool.
This Condo is about 400 meters from the beach, about 3 minutes walk and a 10 minute walk into town along the road or the beach. There is a condo commercial center in the complex with an internet cafe, rental car, tour center, Italian restaurant, and a mini mart. You can also rent diving gear, snorkeling gear, 4-wheelers, bikes, and kayaks in town.
There are national parks nearby, which offer wildlife viewing to include bird watching. There is also world class Marlin and Sail fishing in the area. There are many charters in the area, which will take you out for fishing trips.
Playas Del Coco is among the most well known beaches in the country which makes for a lively environment, somehow without loosing it's laid back relaxed ambiance.
Playas Del Coco is the largest village in Guanacaste province . This is a popular place for surfers to reach places like Ollie's Point and Witches Rock , where the waves are superb, this busy beach is a prime scuba diving spot, with many tour and dive companies set up here. I have dove in the area and the marine life is awesome. Due to no rip currents the beach is also safe to swim and snorkel in, with a lot to see.
Very popular among the locals, Playas del Coco has a well developed infrastructure, with good roads and plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, discos, casinos, hotels, resorts and markets .
The bay of Playas Del Coco is home to local artisan fishing boats and a wide array of private yachts, sail boats and tour ships. This horseshoe shaped bay area is the ideal place to have some fun.
From Playas del Coco you can also head out to Pelonas Islands, Catalinas and Bat Islands as well, where you are likely to spot turtles, sharks and octopuses in the natural environment. The main attraction of this beach is its excellent variety of tourist facilities and great weather. Besides fishing excursions, the sailing here is also excellent.
The Playas de Coco Beach is easy accessible by the Daniel Oduber International Airport (Liberia), with a wide variety of rental car services available for a 20-30min drive to town. The Airport code for Liberia is LIR.
There is a lot to do in the area and a couple hours from the Arenal Volcano.
